Best of the Week: Ciara’s Cat Eyes

Ciara pulled of the most perfect cat eye I’ve ever seen! The wing is not too long, not too short, not too thick or thin. Just perfect! Anyone can duplicate this with the right kind of brush and liner. Watch the video below.
